Claims Consultants

We currently have an exciting opportunity for two full time Claims Consultants to join our Travel Insurance Claims team.  One of these roles is for an 11 month fixed term contract.

The Claims Consultant is a front line position providing exceptional customer service, solutions and advice to our travel insurance customers who may have experienced situations whilst travelling and are now needing to lodge a travel claim.  Contact may be over the phone, by email, and occasionally face-to-face

Your role will be to work with these customers to understand the claim details and provide information, solutions and also determine claim outcomes utilising travel insurance policies.

Medical Assessors - 2 Part-time Positions

 

 

Here at Allianz Worldwide Partners we are all about helping and assisting our customers in every way we can so for this front line position you will have excellent customer service skills and an engaging phone manner to support our customers.

We are looking for 2 part-time staff to join our Medical Assessing team.  One role is 11.30am to 5.00pm and the other is 9.30am to 4.30pm. 

We are looking for candidates who are resilient to handle a variety of different customers on any given day. You will be passionate about providing assistance and being the positive voice on the end of the phone. 

As part of purchasing a travel insurance policy, customers call us to talk through their pre-existing medical conditions.  Using the information they provide us we assess their risk profile to determine whether we are able to provide cover for the disclosed conditions, occasionally we call our customers to assist them. 

This is an important front-line role where you are charged with delivering exceptional customer service, while ensuring our customers correctly complete the medical assessment. It is critical to us that our customers are correctly insured for medical cover while they are travelling overseas. This role is a key role in our business.

Contact Centre Consultants

We currently have an exciting opportunity for 2 full time Contact Centre Consultants to join our team

The Contact Centre Consultant is part of a fast paced front-line position providing exceptional customer service, solutions and information to our travel insurance customers and business partners. 

This is substantially an inbound contact centre with no cold-calling required, however occasionally we will need to call our customers to assist them. 

Our customers may be wanting help with purchasing or amending a travel insurance policy, seeking clarification about what their policy may cover, how to submit a travel claim, or perhaps an update on their claim status. 

Our travel agents may need technical support across all of our quoting systems, as well as information about our products.

Contact may be over the phone, by email, and very occasionally face-to-face.
